1.技術(shù)簡(jiǎn)介

富氬氣經(jīng)壓縮后進(jìn)入PSA-Ar工段中正處于吸附狀態(tài)的吸附塔內(nèi)，通過(guò)吸附的方式，將CO2、N2和部分O2等雜質(zhì)被吸附下來(lái)，未被吸附的氬氣作為產(chǎn)品從塔頂流出，得到99.99~99.999純度的Ar。

裝置規(guī)模：100~5000Nm³/h

2.技術(shù)特點(diǎn)

（1）吸附壓力較低，能耗低；

（2）產(chǎn)品氬氣純度高；

（3）裝置自動(dòng)化程度高，開(kāi)停車(chē)方便。

3.應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域

從富含氬組分的氣體中提出氬氣。
