Technical features:

-The technology adopts spray roasting method to recycle and treat the acid washing waste liquid discharged from the pickling line of cold rolling thin plate mill. Hydrochloric acid (regeneration acid) with a concentration of 18-24% and high-quality iron trioxide powder with a purity of 99.3% or more can be recovered from the pickling waste liquid.

-Acid recovery efficiency is high, HCl recovery rate ≥ 99.5%, the recovered regenerative acid can be directly returned to the pickling line, no wastewater discharge during normal production, the exhaust gas emission reaches the national environmental protection standards (GB28665-2012 "Steel Rolling Industry Air Pollutant Emission Standards"), the company applied for two acid regeneration device to avoid "red smoke" patents and a number of acid regeneration device. -Scope of application: regeneration of cold rolled plate/silicon steel sheet pickling waste acid in the iron and steel industry, regeneration of steel wire rope pickling waste acid, regeneration of hydrochloric acid leaching solution, as well as organic wastewater, various fibre-containing wastewater treatment, production of metal oxides and recovery of hydrochloric acid by all kinds of chlorides.
